Q: Can I cancel my Membership at any time?

A: Absolutely! You can cancel or manage your membership subscription through the onboarding email you received at the time of your purchase.

 

Q: What happens to my products if I cancel my Membership?

A: Once a Membership is cancelled, we will begin to remove your products from our store’s visibility. They will not automatically be removed for 30 days in the event your cancellation was accidental. Shoppers will not be able to see or find your products from our store. After 30 days they will be completely removed.

 

Q: Can I advertise my products online?

A: Of course! We highly encourage you to promote your brand! However, the use of copyright material from other parties is prohibited. Failure to do so will result in a temporary suspension of your account or termination in full.

 

Q: Do you own my Brand if we join?

A: No! You still have full rights to your brand. This includes your logos, designs, and mockups. We only control how your brand is displayed through our platforms. We will not publish, promote, or identify as your brand without your permission.

 

Q: Can I upgrade my Membership at any time?

A: Yes! You can upgrade your membership at anytime by cancelling and resubscribing to a new plan. If you need assistance with this, please contact us!

 

Q: Do you have to have an existing Brand to join Golf League?

A: Nope! If you currently do not have an existing brand but wish to create one you can still be a part of The League. We will work with you to create and design a brand and style that speaks your passion!

 

Q: Can I add additional products to my existing membership plan?

A: Sure can! We offer a one-time, non-reoccurring, payment option if you wish to add just a couple more products to your collection. You can find this option along side our Membership Tier plans!
